Blight Beasts
RAGE TROLLS
The tragic result of failed goblin pupation. When a goblin's cocoon transformation goes wrong but doesn't kill them, some emerge as rage trolls — feral, violent, solitary hunters that wander the surface of Davokar Davokar The endless ancient forest north of Ambria. Divided into Bright, Wild, and Dark Davokar. Grave of the Symbaroum empire. Wild Davokar The middle depths. Ancient ruins surface here. Travel requires experienced guides. Corruption accumulates over time. Bright Davokar The sunlit outskirts of the forest. Relatively safe but still home to predators and ruins.
Even the mundane wildlife of Davokar can kill the unprepared.
CIVILIZED TROLLS
An entirely different creature from rage trolls, though they share origins. Civilized trolls dwell in organized underground communities beneath Davokar Davokar The endless ancient forest north of Ambria. Divided into Bright, Wild, and Dark Davokar. Grave of the Symbaroum empire.
Civilized trolls rarely interact with surface-dwellers. When they do, they are formidable — intelligent, magically capable, and ancient.
TROLL SINGERS
The craftspeople, warriors, and scholars of troll society. They learn through song and wield magic through Charisma. Troll singers are among the few underground trolls who venture to the surface, and their songs carry power that can heal, harm, or bewitch. A troll singer named Arugan is described as "lonely and oddly peaceful" — a reminder that not all encounters in Davokar Davokar The endless ancient forest north of Ambria. Divided into Bright, Wild, and Dark Davokar. Grave of the Symbaroum empire.
